A Post-it Note (or sticky note) is a small piece of paper with a re-adherable strip of glue on its back, made for temporarily attaching notes to documents and other surfaces. A low-tack pressure-sensitive adhesive allows the notes to be easily attached, removed and even re-posted elsewhere without leaving residue.

A disgruntled customer mentioned, "I was disappointed when I saw the full Post-it notes that I received. First of all I got some colors that weren't pictured. Gosh, what's with all the pink?. And second the description of the note pads states that the corners would be rounded. The ones I received do not have round corners. Sometimes a person is just better off buying things in the store because this way I can see exactly what I am buying."

Senior Housing Case Manager (Former Employee) says

"Working there was like playing ping pong . I would only recommend if desperate for a job. Nothing much more to say except horrible lying managers and poor work conditions"

Recovery Support Specialist (Current Employee) says

"After working for awhile, it is obvious the company is very prejudice. They will promote the whites, but not those of other color. They really don't care about recovery. They push the client through the system. Not at all pleased with this company"

Anonymous (Current Employee) says

"This is a high turn over company in all of the facilities. I worked here for an extended amount of time and never left because of the spare change. Everyone in the facilities work second jobs because of low wages. Even the *senior* people (those who've been there for decades and are sooo set in their ways and who eventually climb on each other's heads for the next executive position). They will fire you over things they allow the managers as well as the CEO to do. So long as you kiss their a** you are in the good graces of management. They will always want you to work more than they are willing to pay. During my first few months I was bullied by higher management about availability when they hired me for a set shift. NO FLEXIBILITY. It's so much more that I could say negative about this company but I leave with this, if you are fresh out of school looking for something 1-2 years its a good place. If you are looking for a career, I nor any of my coworkers would recommend this place. I've even spoken to managers at different facilities and they all have an "I'm tired, I'm only here for a few more months or year then I'm gone". best of luck to anyone employed by this place."

Manager (Former Employee) says

"Leadership could care less about those served. They are more interested in promoting themselves and have no idea how to serve or lead. Poor supervision leads to client neglect and unsafe setting."

Worker (Former Employee) says

"This place is absolute trash. The program managers and program director are condescending and treat all employees as they are worthless. Benefits are awful that you can barely afford. I would not recommend anyone to ever work here. The kids getting arrested are better treated than the employees. Terrible work environment. Cons: No lunch, gossip, poor management"

BHT (Former Employee) says

"The worst experience I have had in my 45 years of work. Unbelievable level of miss management. No accountability from managers. Total disregard for welfare of employees. Cons: Too many to list"

Counselor (Former Employee) says

"I had a great supervisor until a new one replaced her. The new one always put me down. She took out all her frustration on me. Even my coworkers realized I was her punching bag. I endured her for a year. She played favorites and divided us against each other. I rejoiced when she left every afternoon as I had to work until evening. Cons: Supervisors, Managers who make your life miserable"

Diversion (Former Employee) says

"poor work environment. Management will look for any opportunity to put staff down and condescend. PTO is only allowed if you find your own replacement. Micromanaging involves a post it note system, and too many post its means being written up or placed on a "performance improvement plan". Not allowed to leave for lunch which is 15 minutes long and non existent if you are busy. Different directives means you can never win. Working hard and going above and beyond means nothing. Keep your mouth closed and your head down. Management keeps bad apples around despite their poor behavior. Cons: bad work environment"

Administration (Former Employee) says

"I couldn’t advise anyone to stay farther away from ACTS. I came to the nonprofit organization thinking that my coworkers would be caring, empathetic people that wanted to make a change in the community but I was so wrong. Everyone that worked there was so miserable. The management couldn’t be worse and you can’t breathe without asking for permission first, God forbid anyone sneezes. The pay is way too low to get treated the way they do and the benefits were a joke. The people that worked there are racist on top of it all Cons: Poor management, nepotism, low pay"

Diversion Specialist (Former Employee) says

"Hillsborough Juvenile Assessment Center supervisors are a joke. No consistency when it comes to policy. Favoritism plays a large part in daily facility activities. Facility has not been fully staffed in over a year. Management is not willing to help staff when they are shorthanded. They would rather pull people from other units in the facility to do 2 or 3 other people's job and then complain that all the work is not getting completed. Unreasonable expectations when most staff is not properly trained. 17 employees have either quit or been terminated due to their "inability to perform job functions" in less than 10 months. HR does nothing to rectify high turnover rate. Paid Time Off is accrued but is essentially held hostage as employees are not permitted to use it until coverage is found by that employee. This means that if nobody wants to cover your shift, your days off will be denied. Staying a few extra minutes to get work completed at the end of your shift is unacceptable as overtime is seldom approved. Management feels that bringing their own children to run around a facility that processes violent felon juveniles is acceptable. Employees are allowed only 15 minutes of paid "break time" per shift which can be interrupted or denied if the facility is busy. Supervisors will tell staff to not leave the facility if they want a lunch break but will leave the facility to go get lunch, run errands, go to class, etc themselves. Time frames for each case are reasonable, but are difficult to to comply with when Supervisors are giving orders for employees to do things that would be Cons: Facility consistently understaffed, no accountability for select staff, favoritism"

Detention screener (Former Employee) says

"I highly not recommend working for them. It Is a stepping stone i give you that. But where I worked breaks were limited and a lot of micromanaging. I enjoyed working with the employees but not with management. Benefits were bad. I wish I can give a two but the stress and all were not worth it. I only enjoyed the days when no kids were arrested or the weekends. Cons: Management Benefits little to no breaks"

Screener (Former Employee) says

"The management was so condescending. They put another employee to supervise others, she was the nastiest human being ever. The management pitted staff against each other especially the new people. They were all miserable. The staff barely new what they were doing turn over was high and they still didn’t respect their employees. Cons: Rude, poor pay"

Case Management (Former Employee) says

"This company is basic with a capital B. Benefits are expensive and poor. Management is stuck in the ice age, micromanage and are rude. The company does not invest in anything, not trainings, bonus or up to date technology and move furniture. I would not recommend ,salary is very low and poor Cons: Salary, poor morale"

Diversion Specialist (Former Employee) says

"Horrible "management" team. Promotions based on favoritism and not job performance."

Nobody (Current Employee) says

"Plain and simple current senior leadership simply don’t care about the staff or the clients. They are uninspiring, condescending and unprofessional. I love the agency for what it stands for and proud of the people I work with and serving our clients. But the plot has been lost... the mission of serving the community has become an inside joke. Also the work atmosphere and overall mood I feel is affecting my health. Cons: The folks who lead only seem to discourage."

Worker (Former Employee) says

"The managers are very rude with the way they speak. Nothing looks nice , everything look old and bad. The staff look uninspired . But mostly it’s the micromanaging ... that’s the kicker. We don’t get paid enough for all that . No. Bonuses, no retreats ... no investment in employees. Cons: Management, pay"

Senior Clerk (Current Employee) says

"its a nice place to work, i work as a clerk so therea alot of paperwork involved but with a new EHR system things have become streamlined."
